These businesses are under single ownership, and have
been operating successfully for 12 years. They are offered for sale for the
first time by the owner/operators who built them. We are the largest dive
operation on Taveuni. Our resort started the organic farm movement on Taveuni
to supply our guests. Owners are in their 70's and retiring.
We now have government power and air con in all
buildings, with alternative energy system as backup. We have our own artesian
water supply. Owners will assist in transition, and our experienced staff have
expressed interest in remaining. We have a combination of freehold and lease
land. The lease land is in the business name and will transfer to now owners.
